Blinkweb Opinions

Here's a post size comment from a Brad Callen and Blinkweb supporter... it is anonymous and as it reads like a plug, one can't help feeling it comes from the designers... of course they have an opinion too but take it with a grain of salt.

"I am a web master and own several offline and online businesses..of course I build and host my own domain accounts...however, this post is not about me...even though I would like to slip in a few backlinks to some of my websites here but I'm making this post for other readers or people who happen to join or want to make comments on blinkweb, et al.

Brad and Matt Callen are well respected Internet Marketing professionals, I've not only been spying on them for some time on several of their products and launches but also am a subscriber on multiple accounts from each and both of them.. another way I study their tactics and methodologies.

I am a registered Blinkweb member, just recently joined and have been through their basic 5 day training, surfed the Blinkweb tools and seen their new recently posted offer to gaining a better understanding and more intense insider secrets to developing your own Blinkweb site and how to make it into a converting cash machine.

So far as I can see the Blinkweb concept is the only system online with not only a user stupid friendly concept, but it's moved the free line bar above any IM Marketing GURU on the web. Who in their right mind can complain about that?....This system really can take a newbie into a fast paced learning curve on what a career in the online world begins and what it really takes to get on with it,

As I am a webmaster and all that..I signed up to Blinkweb at no charge...I've decided to ditch my own web building tricks, methods, source coding and all my extras for this project to build my own Blinkweb following their step by step method..it's FREE people...!! Sign up, Take the training, just experiment, at least go through your blinkweb learning curve, Test, Test, Test and put together a business plan following their instructions..

A lot of people think you push buttons and click a few times with your mouse and magically money starts cranking into your Paypal account...if you're thought process has been programmed in that manner...you need to be de-programmed and go back to kindergarten using all the knowledge you've gained and this time take a serious look at all the elements and changes going on the web...get yourself up to date

My suggestion goes deeper than that, I've been a company president and CEO for 26 years...in brick and mortar type business..I built my first website to reduce my printing costs of brochures, junk type direct mail and drop out of the high cash outlay I was paying monthly for my yellow pages, add some credibility to my different brick and mortar companies...and finally to pave the way for hundreds of fellow business owners to see the future for these issues ..that was my first adjustment to integrate with the web other than setting up an email..that was back in the 90's..I just tweaked my budget, replaced some operating concepts and started my learning curve..

Believe me...if you are the type of personality that does not have the self motivation, some kind of ability with patience to learn and plot out a dot to dot step by step time management business plan.you may not be smarter than a 5th grader..and you should just keep doing whatever you do now....

I have a company policy of never bashing competition or others ..it's more important to me to translate to my prospects the positives of why they should listen, trust and do business with me..

Competitively in my industries you pay more to get me as your company of choice, but that's the way I branded myself and the reputation that follows me that took time to build..I stand behind everything I do, my employees do or commitments we make and we do it in writing.

Blinkweb is a new launch, it's still evolving and growing...give the system a serious try.make your best efforts, find your deficiencies..grow personally and get business smart...Internet Marketing is a lifestyle, you're a business owner...grow up...think and act like it."

What do you think... Blinkweb? Good, Bad or indifferent. Has anybody had success with this product yet?

Blinkweb Update

Here is the latest update released today from Matt Callen about the latest changes made to Blinkweb. The only thing you need to be warned about is the Hostng offered by the Callens. Yes you may get a domain for free but the hostng won't be and it is more expensive than getting your own hosting elsewhere like HostGator.

Hi, Today I'm writing to let you know about some important developments with our new service that have been making MAJOR strides in the internet marketing community.

http://blog.blinkweb.com

The blog post at the link above will explain more, but I wanted to let you know about 3 major additions that we've added to our Blinkweb service.

You can now:

1. Get your own domain name for Free from us... yup, you read that correctly. We'll buy it for you! And on top of that, we'll even host your website for you.

I'm talking about a REAL, personal domain name for your website. This is the first time of my online career that I've ever seen anyone give away a free domain name. We'll actually buy it FOR YOU.... at least for the time being.

You can get it here:

http://business.blinkweb.com

2. You can get a free subdomain from Blinkweb.

3. After creating your site with Blinkweb's drag and drop page builder, you can download your entire websites easily as a convenient .zip file, in which you can then upload to your current webhost. AND, even better... You can download as many times as you wish!

You can read more details at the blog and then get signed up to grab your Free domain name from us.

Our goal is to make it practically impossible for someone (including you) to come up with an excuse that they cannot make cash on the internet. If you haven't done so yet, I HIGHLY recommend you head over to Blinkweb and sign up for your free account, and create your own website today.

All the best,
Matt Callen

P.S. Blinkweb continues to be a community-driven site where we take feature requests/comments very seriously. This is why we've added some major updates in just the past week of going live.

What Does a Blinkweb Blog Look Like?

Blinkweb is now open for business and I have created my first blog using the Blinkweb software.

You can see the new blog "Make Money Online" by clicking the link. I set up the first page without reading any instructions in order to see how easy the program would be to use. I must admit to some confusion and really don't think I did things properly.

I was able to give my new site a title and post a short article with several targeted keywords and links but I was not able to find a way to add any images to the post which I would have preferred. This doesn't mean that you can't - just that if you can it is not obvious without having to do some reading.

One thing I don't like is that my URL kinda sucks - the page shows /new-blog.html instead of the page title which is terrible if you are trying for serp rankings. Not sure what's up with that. It should show my page title which is "Make Money Online". I will have to investigate further.

All in all my initial reaction is luke warm for this product at the moment but I admit that I haven't given it the full treatment yet. On the face of it Blinkweb is not unlike Squidoo or Hubpages in that the user basically creates sub domains on someone else's domain. This can be useful if the domain is liked by Google and gets crawled frequently and amasses a decent PR. It is a simple way to get backlinks for your other sites.

It is my intention to now get this new page ranking highly for the term "Blinkweb" in the same way that I got this Blogger blog ranked number 2 in the serp's for the same term. If successful then I may find a use for this new service after all.

Stay tuned as I update my progress.

Blinkweb is Open

It appears that Blinkweb is finally taking on users according to a comment just posted by Matt Callen.

"Hi,

We just opened the site to the public less than 10 minutes ago. HOWEVER, we're only accepting 1,000 members RIGHT NOW, as we want to make sure that Blinkweb can handle the server load before we let "everyone" in.

After 1,000 users are reached, we're TEMPORARILY closing the site down to new users . We're not sure how long... enough time for us to test some things and see if we need to tweek anything from issues that may arise.

Because the demand for Blinkweb is so high (you can see just how "hot" this service is by going to one our single video blog post that generated almost 2500 comments), we know that the initial 1,000 user limit will be filled extremely fast!

If you try to sign up and the site is closed, simply fill out the notification form that will replace the signup area, and you will be notified IMMEDIATELY when Blinkweb re-opens.

To sign up, go here now: http://business.blinkweb.com

Thanks!

Matt"

As of last report they have already reciebved 1000 trial users and have closed the doors temporarily. As soon as a few tweaks are done and some tests run they will re-open for more users. I suspect the first test will be to see if the bandwidth is sufficient.

Blinkweb - Nothing Happening?

In the world of Marketing you want to jump on a hot project when it first comes online. The creators of Blinkweb - Brad and Matt Callen have tweaked the interest of over 2300 people in an initial flurry of interest over the release of their new website building software. That's how many comments were left on the Blinkweb Blog.

Unfortunately there has been little new information given in the last week and one hopes that interest doesn't move on to the next must have product.

You can read about what is known here Blinkweb or view a Demo Video of Blinkweb

You can subscribe to the RSS feed if you want to be alerted when the program is finally released to the public. As it stands now there will be no charge for Blinkweb Standard version and a possible fee based Pro version.

Blinkweb Update

There is a new free software program soon to be available from the Callen brothers called Blinkweb. What's offered is a magnificent way for complete newbie's to build their own websites and blogs without having to learn code to do it. Brad Callen's Blinkweb review is truly going to be big! With this site you just log in and build the page using the amazing click and drag tools. This editor is all drag and drop, you essentially drop a component, say a picture, into the page where you want it, then you select a picture to upload to the page then you add a text box etc.. and click publish. Your done! It doesn't get easier than this folks!

There hasn't been a great deal of info released yet about Blinkweb but Brad has done the comment rounds to fill people in a bit more. One thing that he has mentioned is that the software doesn't only build sales pages but will in fact create entire full-fledged sites. This is great news as it won't limit this product to just internet marketers. A wise move.

Stay tuned for more release notes.

Blinkweb Review and Demo Video

The Callen Brothers have followed up with a new advance demo video of their new website building software called Blinkweb.

Based on the number of comments on the Blinkweb blog this new program has generated a bit of buzz in the Internet Marketing community.

Here is an excerpt of the most recent notice concerning the program;

Earlier this month, I briefly mentioned that we have been working on a project for quite some time - the past 8 months to be exact. We've dedicated all of our time to this project, and this project only. We feel that it will truly benefit our subscribers and members more than ANY other project we've developed in the past.

Today... we're ready to show you a lot of what we've been working on.

Matt Callen,

It appears from the video that this software isn't designed to propagate full fledged websites but rather only sales style web pages and blogs. Nevertheless it may still be a useful tool for those involved in affiliate marketing.

If you would like to see the demo video of Blinkweb click the link.

If nothing else the video itself is pretty slick and is a cut above the usual standards seen elsewhere.

Blinkweb

Brad and Matt Callen announced the creation of their new software Blinkweb.com today that will make building your own website or blog a breeze.

Blinkweb will eliminate the need to know html, javascript, php and all the other code currently needed to build your own money making or hobby website.

"It's almost ready for you! Finally... An easy way to create a professional looking website without knowing html, php, javascript, and all the other techie nonsense needed to put a website online.

Let's face it, it should NOT be complicated to create a website. I mean, come on, it's the year 2008! By now, we shouldn't be forced to use bulky html editing software or pay some "nerd" thousands of dollars to create a site for us.

For the past 8 months, we've been working extremely hard to provide a solution to this MAJOR problem that we all face. Well, it's almost ready for you.

We've created a short video below to show you just how easy it will be to create a professional looking website with Blinkweb. We're super excited about it and have poured our hearts and souls into creating this for you, so we hope you like it.

After watching the video, please post your comments below by clicking on the comments link.
We'd LOVE to hear what you think! :-)"
